Executive Presence & Impact is a practical workshop designed to make a positive difference for your communication in professional life and leadership.

Executive Presence & Impact Workshop

The SMG Executive Presence and Impact workshop empowers you to develop an authentic leadership presence, build confidence and be more influential.

Be heard at meetings, engage more effectively with stakeholders, speak persuasively to senior management and your team.

Learn techniques and performance skills to connect with meaning and purpose. Practice them as leadership behaviours.

EVENT HIGHLIGHTS

This workshop will cover:

  • Tools of the trade: physical presence, voice, and the language you choose.
  • Preparing presence for the meeting environment, the speaking environment, and the social environment.
  • How to work with narrative techniques to get you leadership message across with impact.

Registration Price: $1250 + GST per person
