Designed for corporate influencers, this interactive program enhances your influencing and communication skills and provides you with the techniques and skills to connect with your audience with meaning and purpose. It’s not just about presentation skills, it provides you with insight and performance techniques to suit your development goals.

A core thought leadership program. This practical and relevant course brings together diverse groups of senior executive and high-potential women to explore contemporary leadership concepts in an environment of mutual learning, networking and leadership development. A two day program with the added benefit of individual coaching, one of the key objectives of this program is the ability to talk and reflect on specific challenges within a supportive environment. The impact is the ability to return to the workplace with increased confidence and support.

Through engaging with hundreds of executive coaching and leadership development programs every year, we have observed 9 key recurring issues that exist across every organisation. Leadership Essentials is designed to address these issues at a senior leadership level.

Facilitators encourage shared learning and reflection which unlocks the existing skills and experience of the participants whilst building trust and networks.

SMG’s Learning Lab Conversation Series connect you with both thought leaders and HR peers to discuss challenges and issues in a collaborative and inspiring way. 

Our Learning Labs are a series of virtual conversations allowing you to focus on these challenges and opportunities ahead and have meaningful dialogue sharing experiences and coming away with new thinking and ideas to complex questions.  

These online sessions begin with a facilitated discussion, followed by smaller group breakouts, and conclude with group sharing.
