A Transformation Coach with multiple leadership and management positions, Zulfikar (or Zul) is a dynamic leader who is happy to help people find their life calling, strengths, and passion, so as to jointly nurture their professional performance and personal well-being.
Zul brings with him more than 25 years of deep experience from engineering work to corporate management, including leadership issues, to his coaching clients. He has done extensive work in various industries and sectors, and have organisations in envisioning to executing, from managing change to coaching teams, in order to enable more efficient processes and impactful results. His coaching assignments including working with senior leaders of multi-national companies in manufacturing, FMCG and IT industries. He has authored and published his book ‘The New You’ in 2012 (2nd edition in 2019).
Zul is highly passionate in people and organization development, strategic thinking and business entrepreneurship. A much sought after speaker, he has spoken to large audiences in international conferences, including the United Nations HQ in New York. Zul is also a strong supporter of altruistic objectives in supporting philanthropic missions.
Currently, Zul is the Chairman, Transformation Coach & Master Trainer, at ‘The New You’ Institute. He is also the Director at HAFECS (Highly Functioning Education Consulting Services), an agency set up to help schools to transform their policies and programs, especially in the area of teacher training. In the past, he was Director of Corporate Planning & Strategy at the Hasnur Group, a privately held group of companies with businesses in coal mining, coal trading, coal loading terminal, palm plantation, logging, and transport.

Zul is proud to be the winner of the Ernst and Young (EY) Entrepreneur of the Year 2017, Outstanding Care & Compassion Award. He was also accorded the Alumni Achievement Awards Universitas Prasetiya Mulya and Ikatan Alumni Prasetiya Mulya (IKAPRAMA) 2017, Sociopreneur Award Winner.
For leisure, Zul loves to read, travel, socialize and network with like-minded business leaders. He enjoys keeping fit by jogging and going for his workouts in the gym.
