Sandra is a results-driven leader with over 20 years of experience in fund, investment and operational management, finance and professional services. Working across Asia, Australia and the UAE, Sandra brings extensive experience at the C-Suite and senior leadership level. She is adept at liaising with a variety of stakeholders, and providing leadership and executive coaching in enabling executives to innovate and excel in rapid-growth competitive markets. Sandra is a strategic thinker with an analytical flair and has a demonstrated ability to build and lead businesses and high performing teams.
As the Chief Operating Officer of various infrastructure funds within Macquarie Bank’s investment banking arm, Sandra managed the establishment, management and exit of these start ups funds. She has also overseen the listing of funds and management of listed funds. Sandra managed all aspects of the businesses including all business operations.
Sandra was also the Group Chief Operating Officer of Equis, a private equity firm in Singapore, where she has experience running the fund manager, fund and portfolio company businesses. Here she managed all aspects of the pan-Asian business including the establishment, management, sale, integration and transition of Equis Energy to Global Infrastructure Partners, the largest renewable energy transaction in history.

Qualifications
Sandra has a Masters of Applied Finance from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Economics (Honours) in Accounting and Banking and Finance from La Trobe University. Sandra is trained through the Co-Active Training Institute and is a member of the International Coach Federation. She is also a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors.
