Greg is a Counselling Psychologist with a Masters in Counselling Psychology. He has been counselling since 1996, moving progressively more into corporate and leadership work over the last eight years to the present where his focus is entirely on leadership development and executive coaching. He is a member of the Australian Psychological Society and the Australian Institute of Management. Greg has significant experience facilitating leadership programs in the resource industry in WA. He is a sought after facilitator and coach with a track record of outstanding feedback and results.
Greg’s current coaching framework is based on psychological principles, with a focus on personal capability and seeking maximum performance. Greg is a coach who establishes a congruent and authentic relationship with his coachee, provides open and honest feedback and challenges coachees to seek insight and self-awareness to facilitate accelerated forward momentum.
Coachees who choose to work with Greg seek to challenge themselves with honest self-reflection and insight, which in turn leads to the opportunity for significant growth and development, and ultimately increased performance. Greg chooses to work with coachees who are willing to engage in dynamic, challenging, honest and courageous conversations.
