Elizabeth Hughes

With over 25 years’ of business experience and expert knowledge in organisational development, leadership and mindfulness, Elizabeth has worked with and coached executives and their teams across a range of sectors including resources, infrastructure, retail, professional and financial services, health, disability and education.

A collaborative, authentic, and results-orientated business leader, Elizabeth previously held senior corporate HR, leadership, and consulting roles in corporations in Australia and overseas.

Elizabeth has built and led high performing teams across a range of disciplines in challenging commercial environments and helped organisations develop and execute innovative and integrated talent management strategies including nationally recognized diversity programs, sustainable employee engagement and change support programs and significant talent acquisition programs. Elizabeth has also built her own business and worked with entrepreneurs in Agile environments over more recent years.


As a leadership coach, Elizabeth is dedicated to working alongside leaders and their teams to help them successfully navigate the complex and diverse challenges of today’s environment. She is ideally suited to work with leaders and teams who want to re-calibrate their individual or collective purpose, resilience, and well-being; develop more effective and impactful relationships with their stakeholders; and sharpen their strategic focus, operational rhythm or executive brand.


Elizabeth holds a Master of Human Resources, Bachelor of Business, and Bachelor of Arts. She is a certified Organisational Coach, Master Trainer with the Entrepreneurs Institute and Mindfulness Instructor. Elizabeth holds accreditations in The Leadership Circle, Collective Leadership Assessment, Team 360 Connect and the Global Wellness Leadership Survey. She has also completed additional specialisations in Team Coaching and Executive Coaching with Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Functional Analysis Psychology (FAP).

Personal Insights

Elizabeth is a certified member of the Australian Institute of Human Resources and Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, She serves on several not-for-profit boards including LifeTec Australia which provides advice and support to help make people’s lives more functional and independent through the use of assistive technology.

Elizabeth is married with a teenage daughter and engages in all things mindful, travelling and walking with family and friends and learning voraciously about the rapid changing nature of work and humanity.
