Amy Slade-Symons
Amy is an experienced career consultant with a strong background in talent management, human resources, and career transition. Amy refined her coaching skills with Audrey Page, which complimented the experience she had developed during her HR career, which spanned a range of industries including engineering, telecommunications, property, and government both in Australia and the UK.
Approach
Amy has operated in a variety of sophisticated first tier organisations, leading initiatives which included in-house outplacement, redeployment solutions as well as C-Level recruitment activities.
Qualifications
Amy holds a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources, a Bachelor of Business in Management and Mental Health First Aid Accredited. When not coaching, Amy can be found spending time with her family at the beach and trying to conquer 12,000 steps per day.

She brings a combination of developmental coaching and contemporary job search techniques, which has equipped her with a holistic outlook to the clients she partners with. Amy has dedicated much of her career to coaching return to work parents and bringing a ‘wellness approach’ to work-life balance for all her participants.
