Wilson brings extensive corporate experience leading local, regional and global teams in functions such as general management, sales and operations, brand and marketing, consultancy, business development and strategy. Diverse international experience with assignments throughout the Asia Pacific Region, Middle East as well as in Europe. Wilson possesses deep operational and P&L experience managing businesses with over $1Bn in revenue as well as experience in navigating the complexities of strategy development typically requiring collaboration and alignment with multiple senior stakeholders at regional and global levels.

Wilson leverages his personal diverse cultural background and 30 years of corporate experience in various leadership roles to partner with clients to be the best version of their authentic selves. He has worked with clients from various industries and across 30 nationalities. Typically, clients range from high-potentials, middle-managers to C-Suite leaders who are navigating their careers in the corporate world. In his coaching, Wilson often works with his clients on developing their own leadership brand and preparing for next level of leadership roles. Coaching sessions with Wilson can also explore evolving a strategic mindset, delegation skills, networking skills or relationship management.

Wilson’s approach is to partner with his clients to help them understand themselves and how they see the world around them. Exploring self-beliefs and whether they help or hinder what they would like in their lives. Developing trust and rapport, but also being open and frank when there are potential blind spots and opportunities for growth. In addition, Wilson often supports the client by helping to draw the full circle on why the client started coaching, reminder of client’s values, what has been discovered, and support on next steps.
