Wilson brings extensive corporate experience leading local, regional and global teams across general management, sales and operations, brand and marketing, consultancy, business development and strategy. Throughout his career, he has held diverse international assignments across the Asia Pacific, the Middle East and Europe. In addition, he has deep operational and P&L experience, managing businesses with more than $1 billion in revenue. His work often involves navigating complex strategy development and aligning multiple senior stakeholders at regional and global levels.
With this background, Wilson partners with clients to help them become the best versions of themselves. He draws on his diverse cultural heritage and 30 years of corporate experience to support leaders from a wide range of industries and nationalities. Typically, his clients include high potentials, middle managers, and C-suite leaders navigating their career paths. In his coaching, Wilson helps clients develop their leadership brand and prepare for next-level roles. Coaching sessions may also explore strategic thinking, delegation, networking or relationship management.
Wilson partners with his clients to help them understand themselves and how they view the world. Together, they explore the self-beliefs that shape behaviour and assess whether these beliefs support or hinder the outcomes they want.
In his coaching, Wilson builds trust and rapport while being open and frank.
In addition, he helps clients reconnect with the purpose behind their coaching journey. This includes revisiting their values, clarifying what they have discovered and identifying the next steps that will move them forward.
