Ting-Ting brings more than three decades of senior executive and academic experience to her work in executive coaching and mentoring.
For over ten years, she held several senior executive roles at Philips Electronics in Greater China. In all roles, she worked closely with CEOs, executive leaders and emerging leadership teams within large, complex multinational organisations. During this time, she developed leaders operating under pressure while navigating scale, growth, cultural diversity, and constant market change. At the same time, she maintained a strong focus on performance and strategic outcomes.
Earlier in her career, Ting-Ting spent a decade in academia as a tenured Professor at the University of California. She led government- and industry-funded research programs and managed complex research portfolios. In addition, she worked with cross-cultural, multidisciplinary teams. This experience strengthened her analytical capability, systems thinking and ability to operate effectively across diverse organisational and stakeholder contexts.
Across her career, Ting-Ting has supported leaders and organisations across a wide range of sectors, including automotive, consulting, financial services, FMCG, media, oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, technology, materials and manufacturing. As a result, she brings a strong global perspective, having worked with leaders at international, regional and local levels, including in entrepreneurial and high-growth environments.
