In his work, Swee Heng listens deeply, engages openly and co-creates practical insights with the leaders and organisations he supports. As a result, he draws on strong coaching capability and broad leadership experience to help leaders across Asia Pacific perform more effectively at personal, professional, team and organisational levels.
Before focusing on coaching, Swee Heng built more than 30 years of leadership and management experience across three large organisations. He worked across management, operations and human capital functions. From 2000 to 2010, he served as Asia Pacific Human Resources Director and a member of the Regional Management Board at Reed Business, a division of RELX plc. Earlier, he led Deloitte Singapore’s Human Resources function from 1997 to 2000. Prior to this, he held senior strategic and operational roles in the Singapore Armed Forces from 1979 to 1997.
