“Through the coaching, Stephen has helped me understand myself and my values much better. I gained insights as to what I needed to focus on rather than react to the many things that are happening every day.

It helped me pause and think where I can be most impact as their senior leader.”

Country Head, (Banking Industry), 2021

“The coaching was very helpful in reminding me what of the action plans after the program and applying the skills back to work.

I really appreciated the 1-1s with Stephen as he allowed me to bring up issues that I have with my team, and it was helpful to talk these situations out.”

Team Lead of a Govt Agency (Singapore), 2021

“It was helpful to articulate my career needs with Stephen. I had not gotten sufficient feedback from my manager that I could work on and now I know that many high potentials who work at a different level face the same situation.

I know now where I can get feedback and also how I can self-assess myself based on a different set of benchmarks.”
