Stephen Yong

Stephen has provided consultancy, facilitation and coaching services to a wide range of multinational organisations, including international banks across Asia, for almost 25 years. Prior to this, he served as the Country Learning Manager at JPMorgan. He then moved to ABN AMRO as a Regional Learning Advisor for its private bank in Asia and its retail network in Singapore.

He now delivers performance enrichment services specialising in high-quality leadership and HR programs. For example, he has served as part of BP’s global faculty, supporting their leadership programs across Asia. Stephen has also worked as an associate trainer in leadership development programs with Linkage International, and as a group coach with INSEAD at their Singapore campus.

In addition, he contributes to global faculty teams for Korn Ferry, Limitless (UK), Leading Initiatives International (Australia), Accenture (US), OnTrack (UK), Insights Discovery and Perform Globally (Berlin).

Stephen listens deeply to the concerns and needs of his clients. He helps them create clarity in their growth areas and set realistic, actionable goals they can own and discuss.

He is also direct in his feedback, encouraging clients to take responsibility and empowered action, while steering away from blame.
