Sharon Wilkenfeld

Sharon brings over 15 years of consultancy experience in talent and leadership development.  As an organisational psychologist, her areas of expertise include executive coaching, deep executive assessment, team facilitation and talent and capability design.  Throughout her career, she has worked with a diverse range of leaders, organisations and industries, which has helped her to develop an appreciation of different contexts and how to best enable growth and impact.

She has worked with emerging and senior leaders in ANZ and globally, across a range of ASX Top 20 and FTSE 100 organisations.  Her cross-sector experience includes Insurance and Financial Services, FMCG, Retail, Mining and Resources, Energy, Construction, Pharmaceuticals and Public Sector.

Having spent over a decade at YSC Consulting, a global leadership strategy consultancy, she was responsible for client management and delivery of individual, team and organisational interventions.  Prior to this, she worked for a boutique organisational psychology consultancy, and spent her early career in vocational coaching in the welfare to work sector in London.

Sharon is passionate about helping individuals to identify and optimise their unique potential in order to thrive. She brings a mix of evidence based and client centred approaches to generate insight and enable change. Her background in psychology helps her to work with clients to unlock signature strengths, core values, drivers and opportunities, and elicit new possibilities for growth.

Qualifications

Sharon is a registered Organisational Psychologist and a member of APS (Australian Psychological Society) with a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) and Masters in Organisational Psychology (Hons Class 1). She holds coaching certificates from Institute of Coaching and Consulting Psychology and Coaching and Mentoring International (Team Coaching). She is accredited in a range of psychometric assessment tools including Hogan Assessments, FIRO-B, Saville Wave and SHL tools.

Personal Insights

Outside of work, Sharon enjoys quality time with her family and friends. She likes to recharge through reading, pilates, exercising in nature and baking.
