Sangeeta Leach GAICD, MBA

Sangeeta Leach is a highly experienced board director, advisor, and business leader, specializing in strategy development, change management, and growth advisory.

Sangeeta’s early career with Andersen Consulting and Saatchi & Saatchi, among others, saw her traverse the globe, leading strategy and planning for world-leading brands in various industries, geographies, and markets. In 2005, she consolidated this experience by founding the Sydney-based Leach Partnership (TLP), which supports Australian boards and management teams with business strategy and planning, governance, risk management, and problem solving. Additionally, Sangeeta currently serves as a Non-Executive Director at The Wayside Chapel.

Qualifications

Sangeeta holds a Bachelor of Commerce and an MBA in Marketing and Change Management from the Sydenham Institute of Management science. She is also a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).

Personal Insights

An active adventure seeker, Sangeeta takes any opportunity to travel and experience new things. She can be found scuba diving, skiing, surfing, camping and hiking with her husband and two boys when she is not whale watching or chasing her newest passion-the Aurora Australis.
