Robyn Stubbs is an experienced coach, mentor and active ASX-200 Board Director. She currently serves on the boards of Brickworks Limited, HomeCo Daily Needs REIT and Ranfurlie Asset Management. In addition, she is a former Chair of Women on Boards SX, a peer program supporting women into ASX-listed roles. The program has been oversubscribed since its launch in 2018.
As an experienced Chair of People, Culture and Remuneration Committees, Robyn has guided organisations through CEO succession and executive transitions. These are among the most critical decisions a Board undertakes.
Before transitioning to her board portfolio, Robyn held senior leadership roles at Unilever, Lendlease, Fairfax and Stockland. At Stockland (ASX50), she served as General Manager of Retail Leasing, leading one of the group’s largest business units. During this time, she repositioned the brand and delivered consistent revenue growth in a flat retail market. The portfolio included 3,200 tenants and generated more than $6.3 billion in annual sales across a $5.7 billion asset base.
Throughout her executive career, Robyn has built a strong track record of driving growth, leading high-performing teams, and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
Since 2015, Robyn has coached senior leaders across a wide range of sectors. These include financial services, infrastructure, property, telco, media, retail, FMCG, higher education, government, healthcare, aviation and professional services. As a result, her combined corporate and board experience positions her as a trusted mentor and coach to CEOs, C-suite leaders and emerging leaders.
