Over the past twenty years, Paul has built a wealth of experience in helping leaders develop their communication skills and confidence, whether in one-on-one interactions or larger group settings. Drawing from his extensive background as a stage and screen actor, combined with his studies in executive coaching, conflict resolution, and the social sciences, Paul creates practical and transformative learning experiences tailored to his clients’ needs.
Paul graduated from the National Institute of Dramatic Art in the mid-1980s and quickly established himself as a lead actor with major Australian theatre companies, appearing in over 25 productions for the Sydney Theatre Company and in films such as Babe, The Matrix, and Holy Smoke.
In the early 1990s, driven by a commitment to growth, Paul earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Social Sciences from the University of Sydney.
In the mid-2000s, Paul transitioned into learning and development, drawing on his performance background and strong communication skills. He has worked as a facilitator, corporate actor, and executive coach for major Australian and global firms, as well as federal and state departments, and has extensive experience across all sectors of the Australian economy.
