Mike specializes in Leadership and Talent Development, Succession Planning, Change Management, and Trust. He conducts leadership programs in ASEAN, coaches executives, and formerly led talent management initiatives for enterprises under the Ministry of Trade and Industry.

Mike has more than 30 years of working experience in senior leadership positions working in diverse sectors, from governmental organisations, research and technology as well as training and consulting. Based in Singapore, Mike has been working with clients primarily in the Asia-Pacific region.
Mike’s areas of expertise include organisational development and leadership with regard to strategy implementation, leadership development and culture and change management.
Mike presently runs his own practice in management consulting and is a sessional lecturer in topics of strategy, leadership and change for the University of Newcastle, Australia.
Using the various modalities befitting the situation, Mike approaches coaching with various modalities including strength-based, narrative, context etc. as well as data-driven approaches such as 360-degree feedback, DiSC, Trust Surveys to give the client the best possible environment to seek clarity and progress that is needed to achieve the coaching objectives. Mike fundamentally believe that everyone is gifted in their own way and has the best intentions in mind in their approach to any given situation. Change is a progress, albeit unnerving at times. Making the necessary changes with the right motivation, their giftings and good intentions would make them a better and happier person.
Mike is naturally sporty. He regularly runs, plays tennis and golf whenever he can.
He also takes pleasure in playing the guitar whenever his favourite music or song comes on the airwaves.
