Personal Insights
Lionel have been living and working more than 20 years outside of France, his home country, mainly in the UK, Germany and Japan. He graduated with a Master in International Business Administration (ESCP Business School). His professional background is anchored on the one hand in managerial practice – he started his career in corporate finance as an investment controller in large international groups over a decade – and on the other hand in management theory – he went back to university to run research projects about leadership and organizational science. There he discovered coaching, which became a passion and his new profession. By training himself in professional coaching, he was able to embody his deep interest in the development of good leadership practices and the fulfillment of everyone at work. With an emphasis on communication skills, self-awareness and authenticity, flexibility and diversity, he empowers great individuals and teams to shine towards their best selves. He has been building his international coaching practice successfully as a professional coach, focusing mainly on leadership and intercultural
