As an International Leadership and Executive Coach, certified by the International Coach Federation – Lionel accompanies managers and leaders on their journey to strengthen their leadership and intercultural competencies, to evolve in a global environment. Lionel holds a MSc in International Business Administration (ESCP Business School) and professional certificates in professional coaching, facilitation, mediation and positive psychology. He coaches in English, French and German.

Lionel's approach

Grounded in openness, authenticity, positivity and creativity, Lionel has developed a coaching approach inspired by evidence-based methods and practices grounded in positive psychology and appreciative inquiry that sharpens understanding for functions, strengths and talents. This approach encourages value-based decision making and promotes the emergence and reinforcement of successful leadership practices and leadership attribution. Lionel believes that coaching focused on intercultural competencies inspires more effectiveness in multicultural diversified teams in both home and foreign country settings.

Personal insights

Lionel has lived and worked for more than 20 years outside of his home country France, mainly in the UK, Germany and Japan. He graduated with a Masters in International Business Administration (ESCP Business School). His professional background combines managerial practice from his career in corporate finance, and management theory from his  research projects in leadership and organisational science. There he discovered coaching, which became a passion and his new profession.

Through professional coach training, Lionel was able to embody his deep interest in the development of good leadership practices. With an emphasis on communication skills, self-awareness and authenticity, flexibility and diversity, he empowers great individuals and teams to shine. He currently has an international coaching practice, focused mainly on leadership and intercultural topics.
