Lesley Morris

Lesley Morris is a former global executive with deep experience in business growth, executive development and leadership at scale. Her approach to coaching and mentoring is shaped by lived experience in complex, high-growth environments, where leaders need to make sound decisions, build influence and sustain performance under pressure.

As a Group Executive of a major consulting engineering organisation, Lesley led the growth of two key divisions, delivering services in more than 23 countries to some of the world’s largest organisations. She worked at the centre of a business expanding rapidly in scale, complexity and ambition.

Her career path was not linear. Lesley moved through technical, business development, executive leadership and board roles, often stepping into positions that were new to the business as it expanded in scale and ambition. This gives her a strong understanding of the transition many leaders face as they move from expert practitioner to enterprise leader, with broader influence, visibility and accountability.

Since leaving the business, Lesley has brought this experience to her work as an executive coach, advisor, and director.

Lesley’s approach is practical, relational and adaptive. She brings warmth, curiosity and directness to her coaching and mentoring, creating the conditions for honest reflection, fresh thinking and constructive challenge.

She helps leaders step back from the immediate issue, test their assumptions and see the broader commercial and organisational context. Her work often supports leaders moving into larger or more complex roles, where they need to build presence, influence and judgment while staying grounded in who they are.

Lesley attributes much of her grounded perspective to her rural upbringing, where resourcefulness, adaptability and sound judgment were essential. She brings that same practical lens to her work with leaders today.

Her coaching and mentoring support leaders in navigating complexity and uncertainty, embracing challenge and difference, understanding the influence and shadow they cast, and leading with courage, humility, and commercial discipline. Her style is described as warm, inquisitive and direct.
