Lauren is an experienced leadership strategist and executive coach with more than 30 years of global corporate experience and over 2,500 hours of executive coaching. She has held senior leadership roles with Microsoft, Credit Suisse, BHP Billiton and Rio Tinto, and brings extensive experience working across cultures and markets.

Lauren is an accomplished leadership strategist, executive coach and facilitator who works with CEOs, C-suite executives, senior leaders and executive teams. Lauren has more than 30 years of global corporate experience and over 2,500 hours of executive coaching. She brings strong commercial acumen and senior leadership experience. She understands the organisational dynamics that shape leadership effectiveness.
Her career spans senior leadership roles with Microsoft, Credit Suisse, BHP Billiton and Rio Tinto. These include Asia Pacific Regional Director, People & Organisational Capability at Microsoft; Asia-Pacific Head of CIO Business and APAC Director of People and Organisational Development at Credit Suisse; Global Programme Leader at BHP Billiton; and Project Change and Communications Lead at Rio Tinto.
Lauren spent 18 years living and working in Singapore and has extensive cross-cultural experience across Asia Pacific and other global markets. She has led and coached leaders through business growth, organisational change and major market disruption, and works with executives to strengthen strategic thinking, decision-making, influence and leadership effectiveness.
Lauren creates a trusted thinking partnership where leaders can step back from the immediate pressures of their role, make sense of complexity and consider different perspectives. She helps clients ask better questions. And she assists them to see the wider organisational system and recognise the patterns, assumptions and behaviours that may be limiting their effectiveness.
Her approach combines deep listening with constructive challenge. Commercially grounded and pragmatic, she works with leaders to sharpen their thinking, strengthen decision-making and translate insight into practical action. Her focus is on helping clients make changes that strengthen their leadership effectiveness and impact over time.
Preceding her corporate life, she enjoyed a welcome sojourn as a professional squash player and long-distance runner. She co-manages a small farm in the rural countryside of New South Wales, Australia with her partner and soul mate. When not in Singapore, she enjoys the company and temperaments of a small herd of Alpacas – who always provide a welcome challenge, balance, and provocation to her corporate life perspective.
