At SMG, Kirsty leads client engagement and management, overseeing the experience from onboarding through to delivery. She coordinates project deliverables, maintains clear communication between clients and faculty, and conducts regular check-ins to confirm satisfaction with delivery, coach or mentor fit, and progress against agreed timeframes, scope, and budget.
In parallel, she works closely with SMG’s coaching and mentoring faculty, overseeing onboarding, accreditation, and professional development to ensure coaches maintain the highest standards of practice and remain connected to best-practice methodologies, tools, and insights.
