Kirsty Grace brings over 20 years’ experience in leadership, coaching, and organisational development across diverse sectors. Her career spans global organisations across a range of industries, including a decade leading learning and organisational development functions in complex, fast-paced environments.

With more than two decades in leadership and organisational development roles across financial services, FMCG, government, professional services, and aged care, Kirsty has worked with leaders at all levels to strengthen self-awareness, team effectiveness, and cultural alignment.
Beginning her career in Japan, she later moved into business development and leadership roles in financial services, including with the Commonwealth Bank. A growing interest in people and performance led her to senior leadership roles in learning and organisational development for over 10 years, before transitioning to full-time coaching and consulting.
Kirsty helps leaders uncover their patterns, values, and inner narratives so they can lead with greater authenticity, clarity, and impact. Her approach blends curiosity, challenge, and practical insight, enabling leaders to connect self-awareness with behavioural change and achieve meaningful, measurable results in their context.
