Jonathan Cole
Jonathan is a highly experienced global leader who has spent the last 20 years running the Australian and Asian division of a USA multinational based in Sydney and for 5 years in Shanghai, building a growth focused and highly profitable business. Previously he also spent 2 years working and living in Singapore as the Marketing Director of Pepsi-Cola, Asia Pacific. Understanding the different cultures, nuisances and behaviours in these countries is critical for businesses to succeed in Asia.
Growth has always been a key focus for Jonathan and he has created growth platforms, customer and growth focused organisations and developed independently and in conjunction with customers, differentiated value propositions which helped generate growth and margin improvement for our customers and our business in all the different countries and markets.
In an ever changing market place with trends and behaviours constantly changing being able to pivot an organisation quickly is critical to maintaining long term results. Jonathan has done this on numerous occasions in his business life, career choices and life experiences.

As a leader and mentor Jonathan combines his commercial experiences with his ability to listen deeply and act as a sounding board, confidant and someone who challenges ideas to ensure that the people he deals with develop to their maximum capabilities. He is passionate about seeing people and their teams succeed and ensuring they empower all those around them.
Qualifications
Jonathan has a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Ealing College, London. He has also completed a professional certificate in coaching from the Institute of Coaching and Consulting Psychology (ICCP).
Personal Insights
Jonathan is married and has three adult children. He loves most sports but particularly rugby and cricket. He enjoys travel, experiencing new cultures, foods, and adventures, and can’t wait to build on those experiences again.
