Jeremy, formerly an Analyst at JBWere, progressed through business development, strategic partnerships (eBay, Scentre Group), and consulting. He’s a dynamic facilitator, leveraging real-world experiences to enhance leadership and communication skills.

Before joining SMG, Jeremy was an Analyst for prominent Wealth Management firm, JBWere. He then worked in Business Development for technology start-ups in New York & Sydney which led him to Strategic Partnership roles for eBay and Scentre Group. Jeremy then shifted his focus to contract consulting, workshop design and leadership development. Jeremy is an engaging facilitator & speaker who draws on real life experiences in order to make his clients become self-aware, strong communicators and better leaders.
Self-awareness is the first step in Jeremy’s engagements. Jeremy facilitates strategic, problem-solving, decision-making, conflict, communication and leadership workshops. Addressing the “how might we” for example, be miscommunicating and then establishing SMART & WOOP goal frameworks to address those miscommunications. DISC theory is applied in order to understand where we can grow and stretch in certain areas of our communication styles. Jeremy is a proponent of ‘negotiation for life’ frameworks and many more approaches to help get the best out of what clients need personally and professionally.
