Indra Soebardi

Based in Jakarta, Indonesia, Indra Soebardi is an executive coach with more than 10 years of experience supporting clients across multiple sectors. Over this time, she has worked with international marketing and communications firms, FMCGs, banks, automotive companies, international NGOs, oil and gas service providers, property companies and education foundations.

In addition, she has partnered with several Indonesian State-Owned Enterprises in transportation, oil and gas and banking. She has also coached employees in Australian State Government agencies through virtual engagements and provided private coaching to individuals from diverse nationalities and cultural backgrounds.

Indra specialises in leadership development, working with directors and senior leaders on leadership competencies, diversity and inclusion, and guiding exiting employees through restructuring and redundancies. She has supported leaders in aligning with company culture and behavioural expectations. Additionally, Indra has served as a trusted advisor and external Board member for an international communications agency, assisting with employee placement, career development, and performance management.

Indra is also the Owner and Managing Director of AAC Executive Search, a boutique recruitment and career consulting firm based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Before founding AAC, she spent 15 years building a successful career in communications, holding senior management roles at leading multinational agencies such as Indo Ad-Ogilvy & Mather, Citra Lintas, AIM-Leo Burnett, including Executive Director at Bates Indonesia. Following her agency career, Indra also served as an independent communications consultant for the Jakarta Stock Exchange.

Indra enjoys playing badminton twice a week and rebounding/mini trampolining to get energy levels up to face each day! Free time is often spent enjoying family and friends’ company over good food, good movies, singing and even dancing whenever a classic disco event is on offer. Quiet time is practicing gratitude and mindfulness and whenever a quick getaway is possible – lazy days by the beach in Bali.
