Hiro Takeda

Hiro Takeda focuses on executive coaching, leadership development and organizational development practices. He is a certified coach for ICF, International Coach Federation, Immunity-to-Change coach by Robert Kegan of Harvard, and Gallup’s certified strength coach. He provides wide range of services for talent development including executive coaching, culture transformation, team coaching, and developing and facilitating leadership development programs.

Since he became independent in 2016, he took a number of roles regarding leadership development/organizational development. These include Senior Advisor for Gallup which provides wide range of talent management services in the area of hiring, strength-based talent development, and employee engagement, and Consultant for Walking the Talk which provides culture transformation consulting services. He also serves as a visiting lecturer at Globis Management School, a Japanese independent business school, being in charge of leadership and organizational culture for their executive management program.

He also serves as a board of director for Japan Positive Psychology Association which is the NPO in Japan representing International Positive Psychology Association.

For 16 years until 2016. Hiro worked for Egon Zehnder, which is a leading global firm for executive level talent management consulting including executive coaching, executive assessment, and executive search. He was a partner and the leader of Industrial Practice Group in Japan. He possesses broad expertise in the recruitment, assessment and development of executives/managers in a wide range of industries.
