I am able to lead by influence now. It’s great to learn that I can be a more effective leader just by making small little tweaks to my behaviours that meant a lot to the people under my leadership.
It was helpful to have someone to talk to about my thoughts and more importantly, getting valuable feedback on the perceptions by others of my leadership. Thanks for providing guidance and making me a better leader in the company.”
