Experience and background
Charles Weiser is a globally experienced CEO and non-executive director with more than two decades in high-growth, regulated and technology-enabled sectors. Over this time, he has led organisations through transformation and industry disruption in Australia, the UK and internationally.
For example, as CEO of RAMS Home Loans, he reshaped Australia’s mortgage landscape. He then served as Executive Director of UBank, where he guided its early digital expansion. Earlier in his career, as Managing Director of British Airways’ Global Partnerships, he redefined the airline’s loyalty strategy and positioned it as a global leader.
In addition, Charles has served on boards for more than twenty years. This includes his time as a non-executive director of the UK-listed Paragon Bank PLC. He is currently a director of Campbell Page Ltd. Through these roles, he brings deep experience in governance, risk and transformation gained at the intersection of technology, regulation and customer trust.
Charles' approach
Charles brings a pragmatic, outcome-focused style to his coaching. As a result, he combines curiosity with direct, constructive challenge in each engagement to help leaders shift habits and mindsets. His approach draws on reflective practice, evidence-based tools and practical experimentation, ensuring leaders build confidence through real-world application.
Importantly, Charles works with clients to integrate new behaviours into their day-to-day leadership, so the impact is sustained, visible and aligned to organisational expectations.
