She has designed and facilitated individual, top team and group development programs in industries including Banking, Finance, IT, Biotechnology, Telecommunications, Health, Defence, Pharmaceutical, Mining, Manufacturing, Construction, Insurance, Retail, Legal, Education, Corporate Services, FMCG, Transport, Utilities, NFP’s, and Federal and State Governments.
Amanda’s commercial knowledge and experience has been gained through executive positions in organisations include Myer Corporation, Macquarie Bank and Morgan and Banks. She is also a Company Director.
Amanda astutely combines commercial experience with psychological and evidence-based solution focused coaching expertise to guide clients to envision aspirations, design goals and strategies, build accountability and implement actions in the achievement of individual and organisation objectives. Amanda’s approach is based on the belief that each of us has the power to increase choices and achieve change when ignited with the appropriate guidance and support.
Amanda’s qualifications include a BA Psych and Master of Applied Science (Psychology of Coaching) from Sydney University, a Grad Cert Counselling from ACAP, Diploma of Remedial Massage and Certificate IV in Assessment & Workplace Training. She is accredited in a wide range of tools, assessments and diagnostics including Hogan Leadership Series, Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and a variety of 360-degree feedback tools such as TLCP, LEA and CCL Benchmarks. She is certified as a Conversational Intelligence Practitioner, TimeLine Therapy Practitioner and NLP Master Practitioner. Amanda is a member of the University of Sydney Coaching & Mentoring Association
Amanda has lectured in Human Resources at Hunter institute of Technology and in Vocational Intervention to Post Graduate Psychology students at Macquarie University and has presented on career and change management topics at industry conferences and seminars.
Amanda’s interest include music, art, sea kayaking, yoga and walking.
