Amanda brings more than 20 years’ experience in leadership and people development, coaching C-suite executives, senior leaders and emerging talent across a wide range of industries, including banking, finance, biotechnology, telecommunications, health, defence, professional services, education, retail and government.
Her commercial background, combined with her executive experience, gives her deep insight into the expectations, challenges and dynamics leaders face. She has designed and facilitated individual, team, and enterprise-wide development programs, and is a Company Director, which contributes to her understanding of organisational performance, governance, and leadership at scale.
Amanda’s coaching sessions are conversations — shared, collaborative and naturally evolving. She creates a space where leaders feel accepted and able to speak openly. Her attention to nuance and what sits beneath the surface helps leaders uncover challenges, build understanding and gain insight and clarity.
Her coaching is practical and grounded. She helps leaders make sense of their experiences, see patterns more clearly and explore new choices that align with their goals and the realities of their role, relationships and organisation.
Amanda’s interests include music, singing, art, sea kayaking, yoga, walking and wellbeing.
