Aileen Chee

Aileen is passionate about developing emerging leaders and high-potential talent to strengthen organisational succession and capability. Her corporate career spans more than 30 years across multiple industries, enabling her to bring practical insight, proven frameworks and best practice to her clients. Earlier in her career, she served as a Key Account Director, managing a manpower outsourcing contract with annual revenue exceeding S$20 million.

Aileen specialises in leadership development and talent management across the full lifecycle. She has extensive experience identifying and validating talent, and designing development pathways that integrate training, coaching and real-world assignments. She has also designed and delivered award-winning leadership programs across Asia Pacific, the Middle East, the UK and the USA. Through this work, she brings a deep understanding of global mindset, cultural diversity and international business practices.

From 2020 to 2023, Aileen served on the Board of the ICF Singapore Chapter, advancing the coaching profession. She has coached more than 200 professionals worldwide across multinationals, SMEs, not-for-profit organisations, and family-owned businesses. She is also the co-author of the book Into the WILD – Creating a Coaching Culture at the Workplace.

As an Executive and Team Coach, Aileen supports leaders in gaining clarity about their career direction, identifying transferable strengths, and building practical strategies to achieve their goals. She focuses on leadership development, career planning, resilience and building high-performing teams.

Aileen’s approach to leadership development and coaching involves engaging stakeholders to understand their issues and expected outcomes, planning and implementing interventions, and processes to measure changes in leadership effectiveness

She encourage action learning through radical, innovative and experiential processes designed to enhance innovation, business and individual performance.

Aileen has close to 1300 coaching hours and is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), trained Systemic Team Coaching, a Maria Reynolds Breakthrough Coaching certified coach, and a certified SoundWave and Team Forging coach. She is also a certified ACTA trainer and facilitator.

Aileen loves working with her hands and enjoys handicraft work — from ceramics and woodcraft to both Chinese and Western brush calligraphy.

Another of her hobbies is photography, with a special interest in capturing sunrises, sunsets, travel moments, abstract designs, and interesting architecture.

In her free time, Aileen can often be found spending time with her children or catching up with friends over a cup of coffee.

A hidden skill of hers is baking — she makes a mean batch of brownies, with family, friends, and colleagues claiming they’re even better than those from some well-known commercial shops. On top of that, Aileen is also a trained (amateur) barista.
