Nicole Wanstall

Nicole has spent the majority of her career in hotels, working for variety of award-winning properties across NSW and in Sydney, most recently as Langham Service Manager at The Langham, Sydney.  Her skills, honed over her working life, are in service, operations, training and providing 5 star experiences.

When turning to the corporate world almost 5 years ago, Nicole joined SMG as Executive Assistant.  She brought with her a strong service perspective and administration background.  These are utilised at SMG in the context of operations, systems and first contact support for the wider SMG community.

Nicole holds both a Diploma in Theatre Costume and Business Studies.  She is married with 3 adult sons and values time with her family, camping and wilderness.
