Introducing one of the largest independent leadership and coaching practices across Asia-Pacific

The Centre for Integral Leadership Asia (CIL Asia), founded by Stephenson Mansell Group in 2016, recently announced at its Regional Meeting in Bangkok the formation of a new partnership creating one of the largest independent leadership and coaching practices across Asia/Pacific. The partnership comprises three of the Region’s premier leadership development companies, servicing China, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, and Australia and the Pacific Regions, with 100 coaches and facilitators.

The Leadership Group (TLG), founded by Jeremy Perks operating in China since 2010 with 50 coaches working with local and global companies will service this important market. TLG’s main service lines include organisational effectiveness, leadership team effectiveness and individual coaching and development.

Slingshot Group, founded by Apiwut Pimolsaengsuriya in Bangkok in 2005 will service and develop the Thai and Indo China market. CEO Vasin Oradidolchest has built and runs the organisation with 30 full-time employees selling and delivering HR consulting services, leadership development, soft skills training and executive coaching.

Stephenson Mansell Group (SMG), founded in Sydney by Virginia Mansell in 2005 will service the Australian, New Zealand and Pacific markets and, through its CIL Asia office in Singapore, the Singapore market. SMG offers executive coaching and mentoring, team and organisational effectiveness, customised and public leadership development programs and organisational culture change interventions.

The CEO of CIL Asia is Joe Fischer, a Partner in Stephenson Mansell Group and highly experienced international HR leader, formally Global Head of Human Resources with the P & O Group in London, having previously held significant roles with Nestle including heading-up HR for the Asia Pacific Region based in the global HQ in Switzerland.

Mr Fischer said that the formation of the entity will provide a real point of difference in the leadership space providing seamless delivery of leadership development solutions across the Asia Pacific Region through on-the-spot experienced, local partners.
