Warwick is an inspirational, internationally experienced leader and passionate creator of leaders. He has a proven background and experience growing, leading and managing complex businesses in highly competitive environments across multiple geographies. His success has been founded not only in his own expertise as a corporate executive but in developing distinctive cultures and fostering organisational and leadership capability in others, by example and through coaching and mentoring, to maximise individual, team and whole-of-organisation outcomes.
Warwick spent over 30 years working for The Coca- Cola Company and several international Coca-Cola Bottlers in Europe and the South Pacific.
Commencing his career with Coca-Cola South Pacific in Marketing, Warwick took on positions of increasing seniority with the Group in Australia, the UK, Ireland and on the Continent before being appointed initially Managing Director of the Company in Ireland and then Regional Director Hellenic Bottling Company. He returned to Australia in 2002 when he was appointed to the position of Managing Director of Coca-Cola Amatil Australasia, an AUD4 billion multi-category business.
In his 11 years in this role, Warwick had responsibility for a wide portfolio of businesses including a the AUD3 billion Australian and New Zealand Beverages Divisions, AUD0.5 billion Alcohol Division and AUD0.5 billion Food Division, with the CEO’s of these businesses reporting into him. During his tenure as Managing Director, Australasia, Coca-Cola Amatil was recognised as the best company in Australia at developing leaders by AON Forbes and atthe time of his departure, the businesses for which Warwick was responsible generated 90% of the Company’s profit, employed 6,000 staff, had over 200,000 customers and made more than 1 million deliveries per year.
Since 2014, Warwick has pursued a range of business interests. These have included the position of International President of Keurig Green Mountain, a US technology company based in Boston, where he has led the development of the business in countries outside the USA, including the opening of 5 new businesses in the UK, Ireland, Mexico, Korea and Japan. The business has recently been sold for USD13.8 billion.
In March 2018, Warwick was appointed the inaugural CEO of independent grocery firm Stone Advisory which was established by IGA and Foodland retailers to work with Metcash and suppliers to leverage the strength of the IGA network.
