Rod’s work with me has been a significant contributor in transforming from a senior manager to a senior leader with the capacity to work significantly more effectively within our executive leadership team, the organisation generally and my personal life as well.

Rod’s calm and tender manner of engaging made his challenging of my perspective on the world non-threatening yet made me rethink and fundamentally change that perspective. It has been a wonderful experience.”
