Paul has over 25 years commercial experience in Europe, Asia and Australia in senior leadership roles. In addition to working for large corporates, Paul is a serial entrepreneur having established, managed and grown numerous multi-million-dollar businesses throughout APAC, Australia and the UK. Paul has held Managing Director roles and managed and led hundreds of people over the past two decades.
Paul has been coaching professionally since 2009 and been in the people and leadership space for over 20 years. During this time Paul has coached C-Suite and business leaders along with middle managers. Paul’s coaching experience extends across banking, finance, government, engineering, industrial, technology, professional services and education.
As a key leader on Stephenson Mansell Group’s executive team, Paul’s focus is on business development strategy and client service management and development.
