The team comprises roughly 120 people in Australia and another 50 in Hyderabad, India.
Frank has deep experience in the technology and professional services sectors and has led large global teams in complex organizations while based in Europe, USA and Australasia. This geographic diversity has led to an appreciation of cultural diversity and how to exploit this to build high performing teams.
With many years of business experience, Frank is committed to building and leading high-performance teams in global, operationally complex environments. His strengths are in developing and leveraging strong client relationships through effective and ROI focussed marketing, sales and business development.
Frank has significant experience in Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) roles in large professional service organizations where his challenge was striking the balance between operational effectiveness and creativity. At Deloitte he demonstrated bottom line focus by delivering programs that differentiated from the competition and drove incremental revenue.
He is passionate about driving organisational, strategic and culture change through effective relationship building and stakeholder engagement.

Frank has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Griffith University, has completed an International Advanced Management Program through Australian Institute of Management, Brand Management from Wharton School and is a Member of Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Frank is relentlessly expanding his understanding and appreciation of the human experience whether that be vicariously through literature, movies, TV shows and watching his favourite sporting teams or personal experience through life, travel and golfing humiliation.
