Eva held senior leadership roles for over twenty years in technology and investment industries. At Oracle headquarters in the USA, Eva developed and implemented strategies to retain top talent. In an HR role with Philips in Europe, she played a key role in the successful relocation of a business operation from Ireland to Poland. In Sydney, Eva held an operational HR role with an ASX listed investment company, partnering with business leaders as they expanded the business in India and China.
Eva is now a dynamic coach experienced in working with professionals in areas including leadership capability, performance effectiveness, impact and influencing capability and work-life balance. She works with leaders at all career levels, successfully helping them navigate the challenges and opportunities of their professional life. Eva adopts an evidence-based, solution-focused approach to coaching. She draws on an array of proven tools, techniques and models to support successful and sustained behavioural change in a wide range of areas.
Her intercultural experiences have shaped her approach to coaching as she applies the value that diversity of thinking, cultural background and experience brings to organisational performance. These broadened perspectives and exposure to diverse business models, have contributed deeply to her coaching style.
Eva is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), an Accredited Executive Coach with the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership, has a Master’s in Organisational Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Eva is also acccredited in the Global Leadership Wellness Survey (GLWS).
