Chris has over a decade of experience in Leadership, Business Coaching and Engineering across multiple industries throughout Asia Pacific.
With a personal mantra of extreme ownership and an understanding of the need for leaders to focus on the key behaviours that drive results, Chris puts a high focus on process and accountability businesses.
Chris started his career in Engineering working in project management and process design. His ability to form strong relationships quickly and influence external stakeholders saw him move into business development and finally became the divisional head of business development for one of Australia’s largest wastewater companies.
With a strong business acumen and a love of helping people, Chris took his skills into consulting and business coaching, where he coached business owners with a focus on leadership and strategic planning. Chris has also held a number of program development roles and has been part of the rollout of global online and face to face leadership development programs.
Specialising in both small and large group facilitation Chris believes that the best lessons can come from the experience of others and creates an environment that promotes the open sharing of ideas and experiences..
Chris has a bachelor’s degree with First Class Honours in Chemical Engineering. He is a member of IChemE and is an accredited practitioner in The Leadership Circle Profile (TLCP).
Chris loves all things sport and has represented Australia and NSW in Mixed Netball. He and his wife enjoy spending time hiking, skiing, travelling, enjoying great food, the company of friends and share a passion for the environment.
