“I have very much appreciated Bruce’s guidance and counsel. He has helped me work through the challenges associated with my transition and the subsequent adjustments to team relationships and routines.
Bruce’s advice has always been grounded in pragmatism and he has helped me focus on where I can make a difference as a leader. In reflecting on the challenges that lie ahead for our Lead Team and for me and my reports, I will be better equipped to consider how best to progress from a personal development standpoint.”
