Ann has over 30 years’ experience in the legal industry, having been a Partner at Minter Ellison for 21 years.

Ann was a member of the Corporate Disputes team specializing in major commercial disputes, class actions, shareholder litigation and contested takeovers.

She has represented major corporations from a wide range of sectors including Qantas, AMP, Boral, Commonwealth Bank, KPMG, Macquarie Group, Optus, PWC and Westpac, including high profile cases involving direct Board/CEO reporting.

She has been recognized in Asia Pacific Legal 500 as a Leading Practitioner and is listed in AFR’s Best Lawyers list 2016 and 2017 and in Doyle’s List 2016 for Corporate Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution.

Ann has been a Client Relationship Partner for Qantas, Boral and BHP Billiton and lead a range of business development initiatives.

Ann was the Staff Partner for the Corporate Litigation Group in Sydney for 5 years and mentored many lawyers to senior levels, Partnership, the Bar and corporate roles.

She has a particular focus on the development of female lawyers to senior leadership positions.

Ann is a working mother with teenage children and has successfully managed her career alongside her family role.  She understands the particular pressures on female professionals working to achieve this balance.
