A 2 day program with the added benefit of individual coaching, one of the key objectives of this program is the ability to talk and reflect on specific challenges within a supportive environment.

Perspectives on Leadership for Women is two full day programs and two individual coaching sessions which occur over 30 days, giving participants time to apply and be coached on their learning.

Session 1: Leading Self
Gain perspectives on your own thinking in ways that will help you get more of what you want at work. Learn from research on what sustains women in the workplace. Explore your authentic leadership style and how to bring your whole self to work by mastering your story, strengthening self-awareness, building networks, and showing your strengths.

Session 2: Leading Others
Reflect on your progress since session one and use this to understand what creates and sustains change in both yourself and others. Learn how to build effective teams and understand how to sustain resilience in yourself and others throughout your career.

HEAD OF THE LEADERSHIP ACADEMY
Janet has over 20 years of leadership, business development and management experience, including 10 years in senior leadership positions. Her industry experience spans across IT, financial services, government, education and SME and includes work in Australia, the US and across Asia. She also started and ran her own organisational change consultancy for five years.
More recently, she has served as Executive Coach and Senior Facilitator to senior and high potential women for Women and Leadership Australia – an organisation dedicated to supporting a higher representation of women throughout the Australian workforce and broader community.
Janet has a Master’s degree in Organisational Coaching from Sydney University and is an active member of the University of Sydney Coaching and Mentoring Association
