Phil is a Master Coach with over 18 years’ experience coaching across a variety of industries and sectors with major national and international companies. These include organisations in the manufacturing, engineering, transport, mining, services, government and not for profit sectors.
As well as one-on-one coaching, Phil also works with the top teams of organisations including extensive experience in facilitating end to end leadership and management programs in private and public organisations. Phil has carried out major assignments in The Pacific and Africa.
Phil has held senior roles in Government and the NFP sector such as Deputy CEO of Central Sydney Health Service and CEO of Red Cross in NSW. In the Departments of Health and Community Services he was responsible for budgets in excess of $600 million and at Red Cross he was closely involved in the State’s Disaster Plan.
Medical research has also been a major area of work for Phil, where he has taken a Foundation from inception through to international recognition in five years.
