Melanie has helped me to understand what I do best and what I enjoy most and how I combine these to ensure the best results for the firm and for me personally.

Melanie has also been able to act as an effective feedback mechanism and provide the perspective that can be difficult to get when management are in a different time zone. As a result of this coaching I believe I am more of an effective leader for the team in Australia and for my colleagues at head office and that my transition has enabled me to get to a point today where I can focus on getting results.”
